Our Management

Edge Kids Life is a registered public Company governed by a Board of Directors and operated by a Management Team.

The Board of Directors oversees all aspects of business operations, while the Management Team and staff ensure the Centre runs smoothly and that a high level of service, quality and excellence is reflected in all areas.

Staffing

All staff of Edge Kids Life must be of responsible character and suitable to meet the needs of children.

It is imperative that every staff member shares the same core values and education vision of the Centre, as articulated in the Centre's Mission and Philosophy.

As a staff we are committed to the wellbeing of the children and possess the knowledge and skills essential to care for your child. The staff work as a team to provide a stimulating program and a safe, positive and homelike environment for all children. We promote ongoing staff training and development so we can offer the best care for your child. Staff aim to be friendly and approachable and we welcome parents' input in the care of their child.

Leadership Team

	Casey Pritchard Casey is the director and has worked in the child care field for 11 years. She is currently studying an Advanced Diploma in Community Services Childcare.
	Janet Klix Janet has 20 years experience and is a qualified teacher. She is also currently studying an Advanced Diploma in Community Services Childcare.
	Sharon Pritchard Sharon has a Diploma of Community Services Childcare. She works in the baby room and has 30 years experience.
	Beth Penley Beth has a Diploma of Community Services Childcare and is currently studying the Advanced Diploma. She works in the toddler room and has 5 years experience.

Quality Improvement System - National Childcare Accreditation Council

Edge Kids Life is an accredited centre having passed the national accreditation process in March 2009.
